Whenever you order a pair of optical glasses with prescription lenses you agree that:

Your prescription is valid and not older than 24 months. You are also required to submit a copy of your prescription via email (orders@kudueyewear.com).


Our frames and lenses carry a one-year guarantee against any manufacturing defects. Please contact support@kudueyewear.com to arrange for a replacement set. Our lenses also carry a one-year guarantee against scratches.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your pair of glasses, you can contact us within 30 days and we will gladly arrange for a free collection and a full refund.  Contact support@kudueyewear.com for assistance. International customers will need to pay for their return shipping.

Delivery Policy

We deliver spectacles free of charge to any location within South Africa. Sunwear glasses will take 3-5 business days and Optical glasses 7 - 10 business days. We will provide you with a waybill number once your order is ready for delivery. We are currently not delivering outside South Africa.

Yes. Our business is based in Cape Town from where we process, assemble, and ship your pair of glasses. All frames are developed and handmade in Cape Town.

2. Is the delivery cost included in the advertised price?

Yes, it is included.

3. Do you deliver to any place in South Africa.

Yes, we have partnered with distribution suppliers that have the necessary infrastructure to cover the whole of South Africa.

4. Can I track my order?

We have partnered with MDS Collivery to ensure reliable delivery and traceability. We will provide you with a waybill number once your order is ready for delivery. You can go to www.collivery.co.za and enter the waybill number in the tracking section to get the latest status of your order. MDS collivery will also be in contact with you via email around the exact delivery time.

5. How long will I have to wait for my glasses?

Sunwear glasses will take 3-5 business days and Optical glasses 7 - 10 business days. International shipments will take up to 1 week longer.

6. What happens if I am not entirely satisfied with my glasses?

Contact the support center (support@kudueyewear.com) within 30 days to arrange for a 100% refund. We will arrange for free collection to all our national customers.

7. Do my glasses carry a warranty?

Yes, we cover your glasses up to a period of 1 year against any manufacturing defects.

8. What is the best way to care for my glasses?

Clean your lenses with the microfiber cloth and the frame with a damp soft cloth.

9. How do I get my prescription for my optical frame?

You can obtain this from your optometrist or ophthalmologist.

10. How do I get my PD (Pupillary Distance)?

You can obtain this from your optometrist.

11. Is it safe to buy online? What security measures do you have in place?

We have partnered with MyGate to ensure that we have the best security measures in place for your protection.

12. What form of payment to do you accept?

Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) or EFT. Please submit proof of payment with the order number as reference to "orders@kudueyewear.com" within 48 hours to secure your order. We will process your order as soon as the amount reflects in our account.
